Yoga Therapy Session

In this 50-minute follow-up session, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling, reflect on recent experiences, and revisit your health goals with care and curiosity. Our time together will include thoughtful discussion and personalized in-session practices to support your continued healing and self-discovery.

Each session may draw from somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, art therapy, and other modalities to meet you where you are. These practices are designed to gently guide you toward deeper awareness, balance, and alignment with your goals.
