We begin with a simple check-in—what’s present for you physically, mentally, or emotionally—and then move into practices that support what you’re working through.
Depending on your needs, a session may include:
Breathwork
Gentle movement or guided rest
Nervous system tools for regulation and resilience
Body-based awareness practices
Inquiry or journaling to track shifts
You’ll leave with something useful you can take with you—whether that’s a new practice, a new insight, or a little more ease.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
But there may be something asking for attention, or care, or change.
Yoga therapy offers space to meet what’s here—without pushing through it or pretending it’s not affecting you.
