Yoga therapy is one-on-one support rooted in the tradition and science of yoga.


We work with breath, movement and awareness to help you connect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel aligned from the inside out.

It’s not about getting more flexible.

It’s about feeling more like you.

Each session is personalized to your needs—physical, mental, emotional, or energetic.

There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are.

You can come to yoga therapy for all kinds of reasons.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a plan—just the sense that something isn’t the way you would like.

What Our Time Together Looks Like

We begin with a simple check-in—what’s present for you physically, mentally, or emotionally—and then move into practices that support what you’re working through.

Depending on your needs, a session may include:

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle movement or guided rest

  • Nervous system tools for regulation and resilience

  • Body-based awareness practices

  • Inquiry or journaling to track shifts

You’ll leave with something useful you can take with you—whether that’s a new practice, a new insight, or a little more ease.

Let's work together. I’m currently accepting a limited number of new yoga therapy clients for the fall 2025 season.

The tools and skills you will learn in our sessions last a lifetime, even 1-2 sessions can make an impact in the way you live and feel.

Many students have a workable wellness plan after 6-12 consecutive sessions. Some students may choose to work with Mandy long term or indefinitely.

Yoga therapy is offered online via Zoom in 50-minute sessions. No experience necessary.
