What Our Time Together Looks Like

We begin by centering and a simple check-in: what’s present for you physically, mentally, or emotionally—and then move into practices that support what you’re working through.

Depending on your needs, a session may include:

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques to directly influence the vagus nerve and shift your state.

  • Gentle Somatic Movement: Personalized movement or guided rest to safely release stored physical tension.

  • Nervous System Tools: Practices for real-time regulation and resilience building.

  • Body-Based Awareness: Mindfulness to deepen your interoception (sensing from within).

  • Inquiry & Journaling: Guided reflection to track shifts and gain insight.

You’ll always leave with something useful you can take into your life: a tool, a new insight, or a little more peace.

Yoga therapy is offered online via Zoom in 50-minute sessions. No experience necessary.

Yoga Therapy Process

As a Yoga Therapist, I honor the interconnectedness of your body, heart, mind, and health.

Other therapeutic modalities may only tend to 1-2 areas of your life at a time. Yoga therapy takes the perspective of your entire wholeness. Sessions may have a single focus or goal, and they will also attune to your overall wholeness and sense of wellbeing.

Application and Inquiry Session

Every therapeutic or mentored relationship begins with connection.

If you’re interested in working together, please start by completing a short, confidential application. I review every application personally to ensure my experience and bandwidth are the right fit to support you.

You will receive an email response within 48 hours and an invitation to schedule your free 20-minute Inquiry Session call. This is a relaxed space to connect, ask questions, and see if our therapeutic partnership feels safe and aligned. There is absolutely no pressure to commit at this point. My aim is that you get a sense of me and my approach and receive clarity on the next steps.

Initial Consultation

Our journey begins with a 75-minute consultation, delving into your history, lifestyle, symptoms, and motivations for Yoga Therapy. We'll consider your current posture, breathing patterns, and any mental and emotional concerns you have and construct a workable plan toward your whole wellness. After the initial consultation, Mandy creates a personalized program for you which evolves with each session to help you reach your goals and at your pace.

Follow Up Sessions

Follow up appointments are available after an initial consultation and are crucial in encouraging your journey and fine-tuning your wellness program and practices.

These 50-minute sessions incorporate thoughtful discussions on how you are doing, your recent experiences and your health status and in-session practices like breathwork, meditation, and physical postures.

Available weekly, every-other-week, monthly and annually.

Packages and Pricing:

  • Initial Consultation + 3 Sessions: $349

  • Follow Up Sessions thereafter: $85

  • Student (14-24): $65

  • Veterans: 10% discount on packages and single sessions

    Custom packages available upon request.

Each session is highly individualized and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

Mandy listens compassionately to understand your unique circumstances and health goals. Then offers customized practices to help you alleviate physical discomfort, manage stress, and obtain the mindset shift that allows you to move through life with more ease and joy.

A typical Yoga Therapy session is a one-on-one guided experience focused on your individual needs. Follow up sessions are offered spaciously with time for you to share your journey and express areas of concern, then learn and practice tools designed to help you progress in your desired direction.

Mandy offers virtual sessions.

Each individual’s experience is different, many clients find they develop a workable wellness plan after 6-12 consecutive sessions with Mandy. These initial sessions provide strategies to align you with your well-being goals and a foundation for ongoing guidance. Some clients prefer working with Mandy long term or indefinitely, at varied paces, benefiting from her guidance as they progress on their wellness and life journey.

Mandy’s motto is “your race, your pace.” We will collaborate on a recommended plan during the Initial Consultation and goal setting sessions.

A community yoga class with Mandy includes following a structured series of physical poses with a generalized focus that applies to many.

Yoga Therapy meets you where you are, compassionately listens before offering a specialized remedy or practice that is best suited to help you feel well.

Yoga Therapy is not currently recognized as a service covered by health insurance and is therefore a cash pay service.

Mandy is dedicated to making Yoga accessible and makes every effort to offer services at affordable rates. If you are unable to make a commitment due to financial restrictions, please reach out directly to inquire about sliding scale, scholarship and pro bono options.
