We begin by centering and a simple check-in: what’s present for you physically, mentally, or emotionally—and then move into practices that support what you’re working through.
Depending on your needs, a session may include:
Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques to directly influence the vagus nerve and shift your state.
Gentle Somatic Movement: Personalized movement or guided rest to safely release stored physical tension.
Nervous System Tools: Practices for real-time regulation and resilience building.
Body-Based Awareness: Mindfulness to deepen your interoception (sensing from within).
Inquiry & Journaling: Guided reflection to track shifts and gain insight.
You’ll always leave with something useful you can take into your life: a tool, a new insight, or a little more peace.
But, there may be a part of you asking for attention, care, or change.
Yoga therapy offers a compassionate healing space without pushing through or pretending.

If you’re interested in working together, please start by completing a short, confidential application. I review every application personally to ensure my experience and bandwidth are the right fit to support you.
You will receive an email response within 48 hours and an invitation to schedule your free 20-minute Inquiry Session call. This is a relaxed space to connect, ask questions, and see if our therapeutic partnership feels safe and aligned. There is absolutely no pressure to commit at this point. My aim is that you get a sense of me and my approach and receive clarity on the next steps.
Our journey begins with a 75-minute consultation, delving into your history, lifestyle, symptoms, and motivations for Yoga Therapy. We'll consider your current posture, breathing patterns, and any mental and emotional concerns you have and construct a workable plan toward your whole wellness. After the initial consultation, Mandy creates a personalized program for you which evolves with each session to help you reach your goals and at your pace.
Follow up appointments are available after an initial consultation and are crucial in encouraging your journey and fine-tuning your wellness program and practices.
These 50-minute sessions incorporate thoughtful discussions on how you are doing, your recent experiences and your health status and in-session practices like breathwork, meditation, and physical postures.
