You know that feeling—the one where you wake up at 3 a.m., mind restless with your mental gremlins: to-do lists, replayed conversations and the things you should or shouldn't have done; said this, spent that.
I know it well, because I lived it too.
I was stuck in survival mode, wearing stress and busyness like armor to hide my real feelings. I thought if I worked harder, did more, and kept it together, I’d finally feel in control, or at least prepared (for what, who knows!) Anxiety is relentless and burnout is real. Each day felt like a battle and deep down, I just wanted to feel grounded—to feel me again.
Yoga became my refuge, and my turning point.
I found it wasn’t about perfecting poses or finding more to add to my plate. It was about learning to breathe, to slow down, and to find space within the chaos. My dedicated yoga practice gave me the tools to quiet my mind, soften my body, and reconnect with who I was underneath all the pressure. It gave me back my peace, and with it, my purpose.
I’ve created that same refuge for you.
Through gentle, beginner-friendly yoga classes and a supportive community of hOMies (Home Yogis), I offer a space to pause, breathe, and begin to feel like yourself again. Rooted in yoga’s ancient teachings, I teach simple, practical tools to balance your emotional, physical, and spiritual health—even in the midst of life’s chaos.
This isn’t about doing more or adding another thing to your list, my students often refer to yoga as a "great un-doing." It’s finding what you need to feel lighter, calmer, and more authentically you.
I believe we can all take responsibility for our health and wellness as a loving act of self-care. My own yoga practice has been my anchor, helping me feel strong in my body and at peace in my mind. I’m deeply passionate about Vedic astrology, a birth chart is a map of the mind and the soul's journey, and can help us uncover the wisdom we already carry within and can guide us to align and flow with the natural energy forces.
As a yoga teacher and therapist, I believe in co-creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to guide you back to your inner knowing and confidence, where all the answers already exist.
Nature is my constant inspiration, reminding me to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace simplicity in all things. It’s this same sense of ease I bring to my teaching, helping you create space in your life for what truly matters.
You don’t have to keep carrying the weight alone. Let’s work together to create a life that feels lighter, more balanced, and full of peace.
Your Practice. Your Power. Your Community.
