I'm Mandy. I'm a Yoga Therapist and teacher based in the heart of Oregon.
I was spiraling with lifelong anxiety, chronic pain and burn out from a career I hated. Yoga gave me the space and tools to go within and heal the old wounds that were holding me back. I learned to listen and trust myself so I could design a life I love, free from chronic anxiety.
Now I share the evidence based tools so you can recover from burnout and anxiety. You shouldn't have to do it alone or by laying on an office couch. Through yoga, connect to your inner wisdom for self-healing and discovery.

You know that feeling—the one where you wake up at 3 a.m., mind restless with mental gremlins: to-do lists, life on replay: the things you should or shouldn't have done, said, ate or spent.
I know it well, because I lived it.
I was stuck in survival mode, wearing stress and busyness like armor to hide my real feelings. I thought if I worked harder, did more, and kept it together, I’d finally feel in control, or at least prepared. Anxiety is relentless and burnout is real, each day felt like a battle and deep down, I just wanted to feel grounded, free-spirited—like me again.
Yoga became my refuge, and my turning point.
It wasn’t about perfecting poses or finding more to add to my plate, it was learning to breathe, to slow down, and listen to my body. My home yoga practice gave me the space and tools to quiet my mind and reconnect with who I am underneath the roles and masks.
I’ve created that same refuge for you.
Through gentle, beginner-friendly yoga classes, I offer space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Rooted in yoga’s ancient teachings, I share simple, practical tools to balance emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
This isn’t about doing more or adding another thing to your list, actually students often refer to yoga as an "un-doing." It’s about creating safety in body and mind so you can discover what you need to feel lighter, calmer, and more authentically you.
I believe taking responsibility for personal health and wellbeing is a radical act of self-love. It usually doesn't come easy and it's always worth it. My yoga practice is a portal into that well of self-love, inner wisdom and peace.
I’m deeply passionate about Vedic astrology, I view the birth chart as map of the mind and soul's journey, and the Great Outdoors are a constant inspiration, reminding me to breathe deeply and embrace simplicity.
