Experience 45-minutes of therapeutic yoga including gentle movements and breathing practices to ground and regulate your nervous system.

Each class offers key tools you can take into the week with you to keep your nervous system strong and steady.

Approximately 25 minutes of gentle, grounding movement followed by a deeply restorative savasana (final resting pose).
