Each class offers key tools you can take into the week with you to keep your nervous system strong and steady.
Approximately 30 minutes of gentle, grounding movement and breath work followed by a deeply restorative Savasana (final resting pose).
Set yourself and your week up for success by cultivating strength, ease and intention.
