This gentle seated yoga flow is built around a sun salutation yoga flow to honor the winter solstice and the energetic shift of the sun's rebirth. We begin with awareness on inner sun energy, then regulate your nervous system with Nadi Shodhana (alternate nasal breathing) pranayama before moving into a rhythm of 14 sun salutation yoga flow. We end with a mindfulness meditation and the opportunity to set an intention (anchor word) for the coming year.
