22 minutes. Saucha, the yogic principle of cleanliness, reminds us that a clear mind begins with a clean environment—both inside and out.

In today’s practice, we explored external cleanliness and how removing toxins from the body creates space for mental clarity. Through mindful movement, we warmed up the body, released tension with Thread the Needle and Pyramid Pose, and used Waterfall Breath in forward folds to encourage purification. We finished with a grounding wind-down, leaving us feeling refreshed, light, and clear.
