Package of 4 Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Our journey begins with a consultation, delving into your history, lifestyle, symptoms, and motivations for choosing Yoga Therapy. We'll assess any posture, breathing patterns, sleep and/or any mental and emotional concerns.
After our first session, I map a personalized yoga path for your home practice to help you get and stay feeling well.
We'll meet at least 3 more times for 50-minute follow up sessions that incorporate thoughtful discussions on how you are doing, your recent experiences and your health status. In-session practices such as self-discovery, breathwork, and meditation are offered.
After 4 sessions Mandy feels you will have a foundation for personal wellness and you may choose to continue weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or annual follow ups as needed.
